Cindy Walls works collaboratively with her clients of all ages to address a wide array of challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to obsessive-compulsive behavior and grief. Cindy believes in an individualized approach to find the best solution for each client and their situation, and in developing long-term strategies to help them succeed. As the mother of four children, a former special education and elementary education teacher and current high school coach, Cindy particularly appreciates the opportunity to help adolescents and their families to find solutions to the many challenges they face during this critically important developmental period in young people’s lives. Cindy’s wealth of life and professional experiences and formal academic training from Marymount University have her uniquely qualified to offer her clients a positive environment in which they can work individually, or perhaps with others such as a spouse, partner or parents, to develop constructive relationships, behaviors and attitudes.
Cindy’s warm personality and insights help her connect with clients in a meaningful and impactful manner. Her engaging and results-oriented approach to counseling provides a productive atmosphere for clients to find solutions to their personal challenges and develop the skills they need to lead healthy, positive lives. Cindy is a Resident Counselor at Sunstone, and earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary and Special Education from West Virginia University and her Master’s degree in Counseling at Marymount University.
Rates: Reduced rate of $100/50-minute session
