Ashley S. Davis, LPC

Ashley’s counseling approach is person-centered and integrative, with support for adults and couples. She specializes in helping individuals process and heal from traumatic or painful life events, cope with depression and anxiety, navigate relationship challenges, and live in congruence with personal values. She also helps couples in the areas of communication and conflict management, and provides premarital counseling for couples seeking to build a strong foundation for marriage.

Tiffany George, MA

TIffany supports adults and teens with a variety of diagnoses to include anxiety, depression, and trauma, along with other issues such as gender and cultural identity, social injustice, life transitions, and parenting. She provides a holistic, person-centered and Gestalt therapeutic approach with emphasis on family of origin, personal beliefs, and mind/body/spirit connection.

Jennifer approaches wellness from a holistic perspective, integrating the body, mind, and spirit in the healing process. She works with teens navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity issues, relationship and family dynamics, and life transitions. She also supports adults in the areas of relationship and parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and traumatic experiences.

Shelley Shadron, MA

Shelley offers a holistic approach to working with adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, spirituality, relationship challenges, infertility and postpartum stress, and boundary issues. She has previous experience as a crisis counselor for high-risk adolescents and their families, addressing areas such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, school avoidance, and peer and/or parental conflict.

Briana Sinden, M.Ed., LPC-R

Briana strives to develop your sense of strength, self-understanding, and self-compassion. Her support for adults and teens includes trauma work, relationship conflict, substance misuse, emotional regulation, consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and body image work (with a focus on body neutrality and deconstructing diet culture).

Jenny Stevens, MA, NCC

Jenny works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, suicide ideation, and life transitions. Her goal is to provide a collaborative and trusting atmosphere and to consider the holistic needs of each person, including physical, mental, relational, and spiritual wellness.
