Do you have a teen or a loved one struggling with depression, anxiety, loneliness, or relationship issues? I know it is not easy seeing someone you love hurting. It’s overwhelming, painful, and exhausting for the individual and their family. Are you yourself struggling with adjusting to life’s changes, feeling overwhelmed with daily life tasks, or feeling uninspired or unmotivated in your education or career? Know that you are not alone! Together, we can pinpoint factors that are contributing to dissatisfaction, and address them in a way that is tailored to individual psychological, behavioral, interpersonal and situational needs.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a variety of struggles. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a warm, open, and supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions. I support my clients in making concrete, meaningful changes that lead to growth and healing by tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs.
Through our work together, you or your loved one will develop the ability to navigate life more comfortably and confidently. They will be empowered with newfound self-awareness, fresh perspectives, and effective coping strategies. As tides shift, and currents change – we must learn to adjust our sails. I can help you navigate the storm.
