“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
-Carl Rogers

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming and I feel passionate about providing an accepting, non-judgmental therapeutic space for exploring authenticity, vulnerability, and change. I also believe therapy is a collaborative process to support your personal growth and specific needs.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression/mood disorders, trauma, substance use, self-harm, relationships, anger, attachment, stress, adjustment/life transitions & gender identity. I am an affirming therapist and have expertise working with military and LGBTQIA+ populations. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities integrating the best of evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to your individual needs.

I have clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and groups in a variety of settings, including: residential treatment; partial hospitalization programs; intensive outpatient; and outpatient clinical settings. Creating an empathetic counseling relationship through trust and compassion is integral to my work.
