Supervisee in Social Work
Are you feeling off balance? Are you having trouble adjusting to the “new normal?” Are you having the quarantine blues? Are you working on the frontlines and struggling with varying emotions? Have your relationship issues reached a new peak? These are common questions which have developed from the current climate. I am committed to helping individuals address these emotions and feelings to improve their overall well-being. As a clinician, I strive to meet my clients where they are by providing a nonjudgmental and safe space. I aim to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, improve relationships, and develop coping skills to deal with the challenges that life may bring along.
I am committed to creating individualized goals to meet the needs of my clients by first focusing on strengths and utilizing an array of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I have experience working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD and work-related issues. I also work with people who are struggling with relationship issues, PTSD, ADHD, women’s issues, low self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. I enjoy working with people who are adjusting to life changes, those trying to find and maintain balance in life.
