Do you want to overcome cycles of negative self-talk and black and white thinking? Do you often find yourself being your own worst critic? I am here to support you and help you gain back control of your life.
I am passionate about helping adolescent and adult women manage low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, disordered eating behaviors, anxiety, depression, and the challenges of everyday life. I believe that while recovery may look different for each client, it is possible for every person that steps through my door. We can work together to discover what that process looks like to you.
By utilizing DBT and cognitive behavioral approaches, I aim to help my clients alter negative thinking patterns and identify their emotions. Additionally, I incorporate Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and All Foods Fit models for those specifically struggling with eating disorders and related behaviors. It is my hope to provide you with the necessary tools and skills to start living a happy and successful life.
In my free time I enjoy drinking coffee, reading, and watching reality TV.
