I am proud that you found your way here! It took courage to be curious about therapy. Maybe you are hopeful about making improvements in your life but aren’t sure of how to start – or you could use some support along the way. Together, we can break down challenges into manageable pieces and begin developing skills that will help you achieve your goals. Along the way I will help you access your strength and build resilience. I offer a non-judgmental, encouraging, and accepting space for you to feel and be who you are. I am committed to meeting you with empathy and honesty.

I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations. I use evidence-based, individualized interventions and do not counsel from a particular religious background. I work with individuals and couples to address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, dissociation, self-esteem, relationship conflicts, parenting and infidelity.

Therapy may seem frightening or uncomfortable, especially if you have never tried it, or you have had less than ideal experiences with it. I am devoted to helping you experience therapy in an environment where you feel validated and supported.

No topic is off-limits, and no problem is too small. Ready to get started?

More About Me:

I keep a small flock of backyard chickens. For relaxation, I enjoy watching them patrol around the yard. Their behaviors are endlessly entertaining to me.

In my free time I can be found exploring the outdoors, reading or spending time with friends and family.
