Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within. – Gabor Maté

Life is both beautiful and challenging. When life gets hard, it’s natural and wise to want some support and know that you’re not alone. Together, let’s navigate these challenges with compassion and curiosity. I’m interested in exploring challenges with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, or relationships.

Your journey is unique, and I bring a holistic approach that includes narrative therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and other evidence-based interventions. We’ll work together to meet your goals and address the connection between your mind, body, and spirit. Let’s explore the tools that can help you work through difficult circumstances and connect you to your passions, creativity, and strength. I also appreciate the importance of spirituality in people’s lives. If requested, I’ll integrate your spirituality and faith into therapy and as another source of strength and support.

Drawing from narrative therapy, I believe you have a story, and there is power in the stories that shape our lives. With compassion and understanding of the human experience, we’ll explore your narratives to identify beliefs and patterns that may hold you back and uncover your resilience and strengths to propel you and your story forward. With mindfulness-based techniques, we’ll cultivate present-moment awareness, enhance self-compassion, and reduce stress. Through guided mindfulness exercises and breathwork, we’ll discover ways to connect with your wisdom, regulate emotions, and cultivate peace and resilience.

More About Me:

I’m always up for any challenge or adventure, but also enjoy my downtime. My adventures include traveling, skydiving, cycling and kayaking the 120 miles from Key Largo to Key West, running half-marathons, and competing at CrossFit. Who knows what’s next! I also love playing the bass, being a group fitness instructor, gardening, and bird watching.
