You probably know something has to change. Whether it’s sheer exhaustion from that constant thrum of anxiety or feeling like you’ll never move past painful memories, you might be realizing this way of living is not sustainable. If it’s time for you to make some changes, I’d be honored to help you figure out the next steps. I specialize in working with adults and teens who have struggled with anxiety, trauma, or loss. I have spent over ten years working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, but also have experience helping individuals through various transitions and life stages.

I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space; together we can create a plan to enact meaningful and lasting change. My approach is person-centered and utilizes trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral theories. I can help you uncover the root of your emotional distress, change negative thinking patterns, and better manage moods.
