Are you looking for professional support to enhance your mental and emotional well-being? My ultimate objective is to accompany individuals on their transformative journey towards personal growth and happiness. With a deep passion for assisting others, I am committed to creating a secure and accepting environment where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a wide array of concerns. Whether you are battling anxiety, depression, social skills challenges, navigating life changes, or struggling with low self-esteem, I am here to provide guidance and support throughout your therapeutic journey. I’m open to utilizing art therapy or play therapy in my individual sessions.

My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaborative efforts. I firmly believe in the power of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and understanding. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs, I utilize therapeutic interventions to fit you. Together we can work towards achieving your mental and emotional well-being goals.

More About Me:

I was born and raised in Northern Virginia and currently reside here. When I’m not working, I find joy in traveling to various destinations and unwinding at the beach. Another passion of mine is experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I love collecting all things Sanrio. Currently, I share my life with my sweet cat, Tofu, and my playful dog, Taro.
