Are personal conflicts standing in the way of reaching your full potential? Are you ready to develop self-compassion, self-awareness, and resilience? Are you wanting to find peace within and toward others? While everyone experiences pain, we are the only ones who can move ourselves toward balance and inner peace. Healing begins with the acceptance that life can be difficult. During your journey, I will hold space for your pain and reflect back on what I hear so you can learn, grow, and alleviate your own suffering.

I bring a holistic approach to therapy. I believe psychological healing and wellness are brought about by connecting conscious and unconscious aspects of our personality. But my strategy begins with meeting you exactly where you are. While we may use everything from CBT to psychoanalytic models, my approach will be tailored to what you need and what you want out of therapy.

I specialize in working with adults and young adults. I use short and long-term therapeutic approaches. If you are a person who is working through trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, compulsions, or destructive relationship patterns; if you want to improve your well-being; whether this is a uniquely challenging time; or you are simply ready to take your life in a new direction, I am eager to help you achieve your goals.
