Are you experiencing overwhelming feelings of sadness, anger, or stress? Have you been struggling silently to see growth or find healing in your life? You don’t have to be on this journey alone. Whether you are dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, I am here to provide therapeutic support through these situations.

I believe in a holistic approach to counseling that considers each individual’s unique life experiences and overall wellness. I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques including Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Trauma-informed approaches to therapy. My goal in our therapeutic relationship is to shine a light on your strengths and resiliency when all you can see is darkness.

My training and clinical experience involves individuals experiencing mood disorders, self-esteem and body image issues, trauma, and relationship conflict including perpetrators and victims of physical and emotional abuse. I also have experience working with individuals involved in the justice system and those mandated to treatment. I believe that every person deserves a safe place to learn about the connection between their thoughts and emotions to ultimately learn healthier coping behaviors.
