Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, panic, and/or worry? Through my education and life experiences, I have found the benefit in becoming knowledgeable in the connection of the body and mind to best navigate symptoms that can oftentimes be all-consuming. My passion as a counselor is to help clients navigate life’s challenges, reduce harmful symptoms, and stand beside them as they reach their goals.

Approaches I utilize for treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness. I believe each client has a unique story that requires a unique plan to best help them navigate through life’s challenges. I believe in equipping each client with tools they can utilize to help achieve their best selves and empowering them to continue to use these tools even after treatment.
