I believe in connection. I believe in authenticity. I believe that our early childhood experiences impact our adult selves and how we relate to the world. I counsel from the belief that the relationship between client and therapist is central to growth and healing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, and my goal is to empower clients to set goals and realistic action plans to achieve them.
Lisa Huang
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a wide array of concerns. Whether you are battling anxiety, depression, social skills challenges, navigating life changes, or struggling with low self-esteem, I am here to provide guidance and support throughout your therapeutic journey.
My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaborative efforts. I firmly believe in the power of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and understanding.
Morgan Moore
I work with individuals, families, children, parents, and couples. My approach to therapy consists of using a neuroscientific bottom-up approach with theories rooted in attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, humanist, somatic experiencing, and cognitive behavior rooted in a holistic way to rewire your brain to regulation and connection. Because relationships are at the core of who we are, I also believe in supporting parents to find strategies in helping their children, whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, thrive in their environment. I am here to work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, relationships, and stress.
