Are you currently experiencing the loss of a romantic relationship or struggling to move past a previous heartbreak?

This group supports women who are currently facing heartbreak from any kind of intimate relationship. This includes but is not limited to the loss of a short-term relationship, a casual relationship, a long-term relationship, a partner in ENM dynamics, and even a relationship you hoped would happen but did not.

Group members can expect:

  • Support from other women
  • New perspectives
  • Help processing grief and loss
  • Tools and skills for self-care, compassion, and self-esteem

Inclusive of all women, sexual orientations, and relational orientations, ages 25+

Cost

$100/session

A one-time, $50 intake session (30-min) is required.


Meet the Facilitator

 
Madison Tincha, Resident in Counseling
 
Madison is passionate about helping clients with attachment trauma, relational anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. She helps clients build a stronger, more secure sense of self through approaches such as internal family systems, mindfulness, CBT, and psychodynamic techniques. Additionally, she is Level 1 trained in Gottman Couples Method.
