This group is open to moms of babies less than 1 year old, to discuss anxieties and challenges unique to new moms. We will discuss challenges from week to week and coping skills for emotions that may arise.
Cost: 8-week group – $55 per session, plus an intake session prior to group starting
When: Time and Date flexible pending group member availability
Location: Online, via HIPAA-compliant video platform, Theranest | Open to clients in Virginia
