Type of Therapy: Expressive Arts
Nicole Cowans
Rebekah Rexrode
I believe in connection. I believe in authenticity. I believe that our early childhood experiences impact our adult selves and how we relate to the world. I counsel from the belief that the relationship between client and therapist is central to growth and healing. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, and my goal is to empower clients to set goals and realistic action plans to achieve them.

I have a history of working with children specifically with neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). Other specialties include emotional regulation skills, attachment issues, behavioral concerns, social skills concerns, anxiety, and issues within the home or school.
Morgan Moore
I work with individuals, families, children, parents, and couples. My approach to therapy consists of using a neuroscientific bottom-up approach with theories rooted in attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, humanist, somatic experiencing, and cognitive behavior rooted in a holistic way to rewire your brain to regulation and connection. Because relationships are at the core of who we are, I also believe in supporting parents to find strategies in helping their children, whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, thrive in their environment. I am here to work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, relationships, and stress.
