I support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and the consequences of trauma. I hold a particular interest in assisting clients through family transitions, whether it involves navigating conflict, adjusting to the addition of a child, or seeking a sense of balance. Drawing on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, neuroscience, and psychodynamic theory, I aim to integrate culture and identity into our understanding of your approach to life.

Through thoughtful collaboration, I work alongside my clients as they begin to define and create the changes in their families, relationships or personal lives they wish to make. I have experience working with families, couples, individuals and adolescents. My approach is humanistic, with special emphasis given to a collaborative and interactive relationship with my clients. My holistic approach helps clients understand their emotional, physical, and behavioral response to external stressors through a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens. I aim to help my clients reframe their lives in a way that supports self-compassion, self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-love.
