Are you ready to begin a journey of self growth? The journey of self growth begins with allowing ourselves to heal. No matter if your struggles come from your past or your present, I am here to help you heal from them and work towards the future you want. Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t need to face life’s challenges alone. I believe that everyone deserves access to tools that allow them to live a happy and healthy life. Wherever you are in your journey of self growth, I’m happy to meet you there.

Counseling is a safe space to process your emotions and work through challenges in your life. I work with clients to reframe negative thoughts and work towards their goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, relationship issues, trauma, and life and career transitions. I have previously worked with adolescents and enjoy joining them on their journey of self expression and transitioning to adulthood.

I aim to help clients reduce overthinking and be present in their day to day lives by utilizing mindfulness techniques to provide my clients with useful tools to use outside of counseling. I work from a trauma informed approach so clients are able to process past experiences and begin a journey of healing and empowerment. It is my goal to foster a safe environment for you to explore your emotions and work towards your goals.
