Are you curious about exploring your gender or sexual identity?

Consider joining this group if you wish to deepen understanding of yourself and how you show up in relationships as it connects to your gender/sexual identity.

Interpersonal process groups offer a unique and powerful space for growth and change. Members can expect to gain a deeper level of insight on themselves and how they relate to others based off of the “here and now” interactions within the group setting.

Sessions are typically unstructured; members are encouraged to bring any issues to the group that they believe to be important. The primary focus of the therapy is based on the interactions among group members.

I help individuals embrace their sexual and gender identities, work through sexual trauma, and improve overall sexual satisfaction. I emphasize sexual freedom of feelings, fantasies, and all healthy forms of sexual activity. As an active member in AGPA (American Group Psychotherapy Association) I am passionate about group work and its ability to facilitate meaningful change and growth.
