Whether a client is seeking support for the first time or is
looking for a fresh plan of action, I believe in meeting
clients where they are. To provide genuine feedback,
advice, and skills to modify unhealthy behaviors, I am a
compassionate therapist who will actively listen and fully
understand each individual’s background, present
concerns, and aspirations. I take a collaborative, strength-
based approach tailored to each client’s needs.
I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression,
stress, struggles in love and family relationships, low self-
esteem, unhealthy coping behaviors, and sorrow and loss. I
practice supporting clients through various life changes. I
assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies and
practicing self-compassion to improve their overall well-
being. Everyone has the potential to become a better
version of themselves. With my assistance and guidance, I
can assist you in making it happen. I am excited to connect
and collaborate with you!
