“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.” ― Carl Rogers

Do you feel alone? Have you been anxious lately? Are you struggling to communicate effectively? Are you feeling lost or depressed? I am here to help. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults; especially those within the LGBTQIA+ community. As someone within the community, I have the ability to relate to my clients. Together we will navigate through any hurdles or stress brought on by the many challenges of life.

I utilize Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our sessions will be free of judgment and filled with empathy and authenticity. I am dedicated to providing a safe space. I look forward to meeting you and building a strong therapeutic bond during our time together.
