Leah McNeil, MA, NCC

I have experience working with a variety of areas including adjustments to life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and body image and/or self-esteem issues. I have a primary focus on working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are navigating their gender identity and/or sexual identity.

Morgan Moore

I work with individuals, families, children, parents, and couples. My approach to therapy consists of using a neuroscientific bottom-up approach with theories rooted in attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, humanist, somatic experiencing, and cognitive behavior rooted in a holistic way to rewire your brain to regulation and connection. Because relationships are at the core of who we are, I also believe in supporting parents to find strategies in helping their children, whether neurodivergent or neurotypical, thrive in their environment. I am here to work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting, relationships, and stress.

Kelsey Meltzer, MS

I believe that we are not exclusively distressed by external things, but by the thoughts and beliefs we take of them. Integrating my unique style and approach to relationships, I aim to help you explore and challenge these beliefs that no longer serve you. As a trained generalist clinician, my areas of interest are primarily focused on sexuality and related issues. I help individuals connect to and embrace their sexual and gender identities, explore new levels of intimacy, and improve their overall sexual satisfaction.

Lauren McCall, LPC

Lauren McCall, M.Ed, Resident in Counseling at Sunstone Counseling

I believe all individuals contain the power of resilience. If life has thrown you a curveball, if you are hurt or grieving, or if you are just feeling stuck, it is easy to lose sight of this. I offer an empathetic and collaborative approach that helps individuals harness their strengths to necessitate healing and growth. I focus on trauma-informed modalities with a strong focus on Gestalt Therapy (the focus on the here and now). I utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and various other techniques. I have dedicated nearly ten years to providing services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence but also work with diverse clients facing many types of life stressors and transitions.

Briana Sinden, M.Ed.

In our time together, I strive to develop your sense of strength, self-understanding, and self-compassion. My support for adults and teens includes trauma work, relationship conflict, substance misuse, emotional regulation, consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and body image work (with a focus on body neutrality and deconstructing diet culture).
